I asked Computershare to provide an updated top 20 register so that I could confirm the 13.3m transaction between Rizk and Norm Zillman, our recently retired director.
This update does confirm that the transaction went through, however, it also shows that Norm has sold 5.8m shares in the last three weeks. Even so, he is still 7.5m shares ahead. I find it odd that he would buy 13.3m shares at 3c and then sell 5.8m shares at a vwap of approximately 2c. Thoughts anyone?
It also looks like Ray Shaw's stash is down by 4.4m shares, however, Computershare has advised me that these shares have been grouped into a new holding. They have not been sold.
It looks as though Derek Frere and Mapu continue to build a position in the stock with an extra 300k and 1m shares respectively.
UBS have stopped selling, however, HSBC have sold a piddly 30k shares.
Other than being a bit miffed about Norm's selling, I'm quite happy with the rest of the story this update tells.
