Six years in Indo KK, that's authoritative. I have only spent a brief time there, but my brother and his Indonesian [Muslim] wife ran a peal farm there for some years and while people still showed up for work during Ramadan he did have the more observant collapsing, even when they did more lab work than field work. I can appreciate there would be a lack of focus.
