a company with no real rev contracts in placed is valued on speculation.
in this instance the price of smn has risen of its low on the back of less selling; the lack of sellers smashing the buy side yesterday afternoon was obvious.
is it undervalued? maybe. Even on the back of one or two 'big' contract announcements, if they are unable to specify the revenue terms (which may be the case given the sensitivity of the counter party) then who knows.
