The fact is the top 20 has not changed that much - Mr T Chandler - has actually increased his holding, and maybe his son?? Mr T RS Chandler has let his holding go. other new holders of a Mill or so , and Straight lines - have hardly altered their own holding. (company secretary)
I suppose if you join the camp of dump then buy back - you are playing into their hands and your own - of trying to short the stock - for your own small gains - when in fact the larger gains will surely come from the deals that are about to be made.
I dont think the top 20 minor changes are anything to be worried about.
