Well Toby (the CEO)has sold more shares. As at 31/12/16 he had 2.32% (two holdings same name 1.196m+1.180m) now he has 1.43% or 1.465m. AEH seems to have sold down as of 12 September 2016 they had 5.3m under HSBC Noms at 31/12/16 they had sold to 4.7m and at 31/03/17 they appear to have 1M in their own name and possibly some or all in HSBS noms 3.094m. Mclarty seems to have sold 10% from 31/12/16.
Hard to tell where Mikes are held...maybe ABNAmro clearing ...who knows.
So the guy ramping on how massive and imminent things were has been a constant seller from 1 January this year.
It's not a good look....it should set off alarm bells. I think the CEO should explain why he has been the constant seller from 5-6m shares since 2015 to just 1.4m now after all the statements been made. Portfolio Management theory wont cut it.
