Maybe he would have to payout the loan, he would certainly be given the time to do so if necessary. No chance he misses out in a full takeover situation.
Seems like a takeover or even a land sale is less likely then it was which is a shame.

Still we will have to see how the year plays out, the direction of the oil price might have a significant influence on the method of "monetisation" chosen.
