    Someone like BHP, RIO, FMG has rang there broker and said we want 19.9% of this company buy 194 million shares at a limit price of 15 until you get us 19.9%

    simple

    194 million shares at 10 cents is only $19.4 million

    thats pocket change to FMG BHP RIO etc etc
