Noteable absentees from the Top 20: GK Investments Pty Ltd (Kirwan & Galbally) - formerly 14,305,275 shares Permax Pty Ltd (Directors Andrew & Heather Kirwan - formerly 2,300,000 shares (as of Sept 2006). I am unsure if there is any relationship between Andrew and Heather Kirwan and Michael Kirwan. Corporate Services Management Pty Ltd (Galbally) - formerly 4,666,667 shares
Now Smuggler - I find your posts somewhat confusing. There is no evidence that Galbally and Kirwan are shareholders in (or have any interest in) any of the other companies in the top 20. The Top 20 continues to comprise approximately 25% of the register (down slightly from 29.9% in 2005). Personally, I would prefer that to the position of QTK’s register (as suggested by you). Firstly, the liquidity of SEN’s register is obviously better and secondly, why would you want to be dominated by a few a major shareholders? That is unless you trust them implicitly OR you just enjoy being dominated. Perhaps that’s it…. eh?
