If all that volume we have seen seen during the recent price falls was simply one or two big sellers, you wouldn't expect increased consolidation. If you had one big seller and one big buyer, you should have seen much more stable price and no large changes in the top 20. My conclusion, someone has successfully exploited recent market turmoil to shake out quite a few little guys.
