It needs to happen this way:
1) Ti Offtake
2) CLC Agreement
3) Finance
You won't get finance without knowing revenue (Ti Offtake + every other offtake) vs. expenses of doing business (including CLC "donation" moneys). This feeds into the finance portion prior to FID.
I think it is unlikely we will get CLC or Finance before the end of the year, but I do think we will get Ti Offtake.
It needs to happen this way: 1) Ti Offtake 2) CLC Agreement 3)...
