April's trading prior to shareholders starting to doubt the CLC agreement coming through is probably the best indication... I don't think we will see any meaningful sort of re-rate as such, just a neutralisation of shareholder sentiment. CLC was expected to come through with no hiccups, so the failure to sign-off in April was a negative surprise that has been weighing on market sentiment/the sp, along with the unexpected environmental approval conditions from the Dept of Enviro and Energy.
As always, Ti offtake and Finance remain the only true catalysts...and both of them are significant enough in their own right that the share price may do nothing much until both are resolved.
