The spin out of the uranium assets is unlikely to result in a cash injection for Havilah. Any cash raised for the new uranium company would be to fund the activities of that company.
Havilah have advised that its shareholders that they are likely to receive shares in the new uranium company through an in specie distribution and will get an opportunity to buy shares in the new entity. It is a 6 month process which will need shareholder approval so do not hold your breath!
Unfortunately, it appears that Havilah are destined for another CR.
