I just pulled the historic stats out of the past 2 years of top 20 reports to see what the trend would look like.

For comparisons I also added in the share price and u308 mid price and tried to roughly line up the dates. Also included the Fukushima incident more for date alignment more than anything.

My take on it is that I am pretty impressed with the top 20 who have consitently increased their holdings over the apst 2 years and also the % of total shares on offer and furthermore while you could argue that they have not increased their holdings significantly since Fukushima, they certainly have not shown any signs of weakness towards PEN either.
