top 20 holders, page-2

SDL have finally updated the top 20 shareholders on to their website.

The main shareholder name has now changed to a nominee name now, but not a surprise at all there.

The other main shareholders who are present now, by and large, were present on the register 9 months ago at June 30. So unless the Chinese were stalking SDL 9 months ago, I'd conclude that we have a stable register with no apparent "lurking" foreign holders not yet showing their hand. If it did not worry people 9 months ago, why would it be a wory now?

I am comfortable about this, and the paranioa going around is a bit too far fetched for me to believe.

In the below table, I have put in brackets next to the current shareholding, what the respective holder actually held at June 30. The top 5 shareholders own 41.39%, a controlling interest definately, but who knows if they are linked in any way.

I am sure that others wil draw a bad conclusion to this, but I am very comfortable seeing this.
