*During the 2015 financial year iSignthis Ltd (the “acquiree”) completed the acquisition of iSignthis B.V. and ISX IP Ltd (together known
as “iSignthis”) (“acquirer”). The acquiree (iSignthis Ltd) issued a total of 311,703,933 fully paid ordinary shares to the acquirer as consideration for the transaction. These members (excluding Mr. Barnaby Egerton-Warburton) of the Key Management Personnel hold an interest in the acquirer. During the year a total of 3,000,000 FPO’s were transferred from iSignthis to Mr John Karantzis self-managed super fund Ithaki Nominees’
