what have imp done? Bemax held 6.36% of BMX at the last annual report.
The last shareholding advice stated they held 5.30%
On the latest shareholder advice from BMX, IMP are nowhere to be seen.
Acorn capital, it appears, have bought IMP's stake, which would explain the large selling prior to SGW selling their stake last week.
IMP had next to cash in the bank at the last Annual Report. But then, why did they become a substantial shareholder back in November only to sell it 3 months later?
And where is the ceasing to be a substantial shareholding advice?
Shareholders of IMP are going to be furious about this. What do they plan on doing with the extra cash? Paying some director bonuses?
Simply amazing.....
