I always saw the USA as a massive opportunity. You can bet that insurance companies want to spend less on medical treatment and getting patients out of hospitals sooner is a huge saving. Furthermore it will reduce their penalties for readmissions, allowing them to reassure patients out of hosptials.

Furthermore I recall Yacov saying that there would be a programme for hospitals in the US to receive patches for free (no capex) and GMV would recoup money through their monitoring platform. I wish I could find a link to the transcript of that now, so I could link it.
