One has to ask. If the top 20 are not selling and investment houses have/are still (?) piling in why the heck should we sell ours ? LOL. I await da big Kahoona.
Oh yeah one other thing. One would almost think CQT read our threads as i was pleading for the latest top 20 just the other day. Voila there it is. Unless of course one of us punters requested it ?
