Of course CDB is working for a solid shareholder basis. I'm confident they will achieve this target but it takes time. And of course new shareholders want to buy the shares cheap. Maybe there is an agreement between CDB and some new potential investors.

The only thing to bring the share price into a higher level. But it takes time and of course major shareholders want to buy shares at a cheap price. Maybe CDB will make a share buy back if there's no cash required from the market anymore.

Is GD in europe for looking for such shareholders ??? I think they just need to have 1 or 2 well known people (investors) who are invested in CDB.
The SP will increase if the funding will be at bank. But it don't works if the market sell on good news. That's why they need strong shareholders basis.
