thanks for your explanation @A4paper nevertheless Citi increase of (8.9M shares) is more than the last 2 x T20 S/H together.
Someone is definitely accumulating via Citi (vs other nominee A/C's which have reduced) and this equates to a T20 holding (8.9M on it's own would be T14 S/H).
When does an entity have to disclose a substantial holding in an ASX listed company T5/ T10?
FLC is under attack from a bot-trading accumulator IMHO (look at the end of day trades with last minute low qty sales that push the close SP lower)
