sorry Noodly but you’re incorrect!. Under ASX rules, he pis quite at liberty to shuffle his shares between his company or super accounts without submitting an Appendix 3Y. As soon as he sells (disposes) any shares he is then required to inform the market. As I said before that I mentioned to Jason, in the spirit of transparency and communication, it would be in PB’s interest to explain briefly the details of his off market transfer!
