If he did move them to Bontour then that holding would be just outside the top 20 about 3.4M shares.
His decision not to take the 4M options has nothing to do with the 4M fully paid ordinary shares he has on tick though. There is definitely 2M shares unaccounted for somewhere and no substantial change in directors notice. So interested in what happened either way. I highly doubt that the share register is incorrect.
