You've just had the CEO fail in his promise to do not do a capital raise, which then turned out to be the most poorly executed capital raise in the history of capital raisings. It failed to raise the funding it intended due to the share price falling below 30c before the SPP payment deadline. All it needed was coordination with the new institutional and "sophisticated" investors to buy on market to support the share price at 30c+, which would've only needed a few hundred thousand dollars. This failure resulted in the company getting $2.24 million less than intended.

Of course, the whole exercise was being underminded with one of the AHZ directors dumping shares on the market after quitting at a very critical time for the company. As things stand now it looks like he's lied to the market about intending to buy shares at 30c whilst at the same time selling shares for much less than this, which is potentially a criminal matter. We're getting nothing but silence from AHZ regarding this matter which is very annoying and concerning.

You've just seen the share price decimated from cca 37c to mid 20s in a matter of weeks due to these issues.

Great company, great products, great potential, all undermined by absolutely useless managers whose credibility has gone down the drain with recent events and have been given a first strike by their shareholders.
