Thank you @pierre77 and @satyr and @sholtz. Somehow I overlooked that when I looked for it.
I guess this commits him to participating in the placement then. Otherwise I won't hesitate to report this to ASIC myself.
Selling down over 5 million shares doesn't really justify needing the money to participate in his allocation of 1.7 million at 30c though. There really needs to be communication from AHZ management as to what the hell is going on.
