I don't think anything will come of him not buying stock in the CR, if that is what he decides. Far, far worse statements are made in ASX spec companies all the time and nothing ever happens. He simply changed his mind for whatever reason and is not legally bound. Is it much different from WP saying there will be NO CR and then ...bingo!..??
