Hi ralom, as much as I would only wish to hear postive points it is a valid and sobering point you make.

I only further put myself offside here by discussing this but you do give me pause to reflect on the possible ramifications of this loan facility.

Originally it came across as a sound proposition, NO CR, enforced focus on debt repayment (etc etc ) AND can still be a sound proposition though it WILL absolutely NEED the promised/forecasted said revenue to arrive to service this debt.

Dilemma is this, IF any covenants/serious consequences on breaching this debt faculty would the company be better off paying out the loan and slowing its ambitious growth for a short period.

Again this highlights the importance of WPs forecasts to absolutely come to 100 % realisation, so much so that the company can continue to fund its growth AND fund its debt.

If posters are ready to make any disparaging remarks in ref to my post I would like to see a constructive post on their behalf to totally discount or offer a valid reason WHY there should not be any concern.

You hit the nail right on the head before ralom, ref: CR on the cards, I sincerely hope that this ‘new nail’ has absolutely NO credence, as you no doubt do also but again IT REMAINS A VERY VALID POINT meanwhile.
