Yeah but they can’t control a company and create a takeover spill with continued lower percentage holding of the total share register. Which is what is taking place right now. Every week they have a lower holding as they gradually sell out in this 3-4c range.
The only way they could create this situation is if they had influence over the majority of the substantial holders on the register which they clearly don’t. The other companies seem to be from different backgrounds and likely have allegiances with current management.
I think this view is a bit far fetched but happy to be proven wrong. To me it just looks like a patient and sustained exit due to an ongoing grudge and the x director and BNP holders decided to park their money in another venture or want the cash.
