I understand what your saying. And your right the weighting is exactly the same. A consolidation will do nothing other than make it more attractive to those who wont invest in penny stocks. So why not?
As far as not enough retail being the problem, cant see it myself. You need big instos on board. No way they would have raised that sort of capital without them..... Then we would have no more AUC.
