My experience in the oil/gas industry is this..
No one, and I doubt even god himself, can snap their fingers and organise a seismic vessel or a rig in todays market.
Even the big boys are having trouble.
5 years ago you could get rigs cheap, in the last 18 months thier time is premium.
Patience....
small delays dont equate to the oil disappearing.
