Can someone please find out from Orocobre management why the sale of Henderson shares was such a guarded secret when it happened. There is still no 'explanation' as to why the sale happened so abruptly and from one of the major early investors. This was one of the first lies that confounded me about Orocobre management that they could not...or would not answer a simple question of why such a major shareholder just split. If there was a clarified answer from management I would drop the issue and consider the question answered...but they refuse to give me an answer...why???
I think Orocobre knows exactly why Henderson sold their shares. It would be nice for shareholders to know why a 'MAJOR HOLDER' sold out their entire holding with no notice...just psst...let me out.
I just need to know these things as a large shareholder. Why a major shareholder sells. I can't believe that none of you here are interested in why someone like that bails out.
