A T/O would only be good if it realised and appreciated fair value for the company...that appears to be 'conservatively' $3 a share imo (I say that because Intersuisse say $2.82 based on a company only half way through drilling...much more in the tank)
Lots of big businesses buy small businesses where synergies exist.
Lets get real about that regardless of what size PLV/Irvine is.
