TOP 20 - PJ & SM vs Noble et al, page-4

Going on the Letter, it seems we now see PJ's view - Nobles and PIC are on the same side.
So with 28% and 20% respectively (if I have those figures right), Nobles and PIC are 3% away from control anyway.

Looks like PJ and the board may have been outmaneuvered. Is that where we are at?

Apart from claims of illegal collusion, % control is the bottom line.

Is this why no SP movement even though we have announced a funding deal????????
