CHURCHILL Mining original parent(doing so badly after Borneo problems with land rites International Arbitration against the Republic of Indonesia ) had a clause that allowed them some special offtake profit form manganese sales. (viz some of my old posts from a few years ago ).Wonder if they choose to retrench from coal overseas/or win arbitration if they will get back into their baby.
