I agree with both your points.
1. backdoor control
2. supporting share price

I almost mentioned Point 2 in my previous post. DMG must realise that results are close.
PTS has been building a very good base over the last year. It seems to have finally left the sub-10 cent level (Oct 2006). This co-incided with Thomson Fold Belt and soon after Eastern Iron peggings. 20 cents appears to be the new base.

It is the only way to buy these kind of stocks. Before everyone else gets interested.

Haven't caught up with PTS management since April at their Friends of Platsearch presentation.
