I’ve noticed a number of companies within the top 20 shareholders on many annual reports who vote on the remuneration package of a particular company’s remuneration package.
Wouldn’t these companies who review the board and management performance of particular company, follow a similar criteria to justify their own remuneration package?
Do Super entities - not SMF - reward their management and board in a similar manner?
