Top 20 Request Denied

interesting I asked Roly for a copy of the current top 20, he said I had to request it from Automic Group, I contacted them and they said fill out the form and we will send request to company (Roly) who will then have to agree to sharing it and if so send it to me directly - last two days I chased up Automic and got a response today that Roly said no - why give me the run around instead of just saying no - but really why say no???

I will pay the $250 and get a copy of the whole register - more so now cause to me it appears he wants something hidden - being an optimist I hope it’s something good like...... I’ll let you know once the run around is over and I have it if there is anything exciting



The company is under no obligation to provide a Top Report and has advised that they do not issue top reports to individual shareholders. Please see attached for the Top 20 holder report which is provided to the market in the company’s annual report as is required by the ASX listing rules. The Top 20 Shareholders can be found on page 47.You are welcome to view the registry in person at anytime at no charge. Alternatively, under Section 173 of the Corporations Act, you can pay the prescribed fee to the Company ($250) and they will provide a full electronic copy of the register.
