    There shouldn't be any problems with what they have already proposed.

    I'm just making assumptions on what the PFS will entail. KISS practice comes to mind.

    The only change in logistics I can imagine taking place is if the Dakara-Bamako rail ever gets upgraded by CRCC. Or if Bamako-Conakry ever happens.
