Hi All,

Just did some digging on "PENSON AUSTRALIA NOMINEES PTY LTD" and the following came up:-

It looks like its something to do with the Wilson HTM Investment group 'http://www.wilsonhtm.com.au' who produced reports rating BPT as currently being traded at a discount 'http://www.egoli.com.au/news-and-views/11-energy-telco-stocks-for-your-portfolio/' (Web address where i found comments made by a John Young - How legitimate it is I am not sure).

Although Wilson HTM do not appear to be on the top 20 of BPT, unless they are using a different name. I am not sure of the following:-
1) Whether they would have something to gain from buying ITC other than a return i.e. do they want the merger to go ahead because they are close to BPT.
2) Whether they are buying on behalf of another party.

So it doesnt really answer the question I know...

For now I hold but I am evaluating my position in the coming weeks...
