i see no change to substantial holdings notices (looking back a coupla years unless i missed them)....... meaning that citicorp nominees do NOT have the ability to vote or dispose of those shares...... the "insto" does not own the shares and did not "invest" in MNS like is being said.

do what u like with that info..... shoot the messenger comes to mind .....
