Top 20 Shareholder Listing – End Q2 2020, page-9

I have done a little research into Pershing Australia Nominees. The company is registered in Victoria but their registered address is Level 2 1-7 Bligh Street, Sydney. There are two Directors from Sydney and three from the United States. They were not listed in the Top Twenty at 31st December but may have been minor shareholders. They have obviously acquired shares after that date but at the date of that last top twenty they were holding 5.72% of the company. I think that triggers a requirement to lodge a substantial holders notice with the company and the markets. I can't find any notice.
