Hi mate, I also don't believe Stock Swami is being very honest here. This isn't an attack on you and I'm happy to be proven wrong but here are the reasons why I don't believe Swami's comments have any significant weight in this instance.

1. Pershing isn't a company with any public records of being associated with Tolga
2. Pershing is not even shown on Stock Swami's screenshot if you zoom in on both lists (happy to be proven wrong if the full list is provided)
3. There is no public records suggesting that a company known as Pershing has ever held shares in SI6
4. A company holding that many shares would have shown in the top 20 at some point in time
5. Pershings is actually a well known securities company with over 1,600 clients operating in Australia & Singapore (refer to PDF)
6. Kitara & Sisu are still holding in Sigma as of the 24th based on the latest registry data
