GS, docmin was around for a long time on HC before he was sued by Marshall & Co using shareholder funds, the same funds that the current board are pursuing from the former directors (note a directions hearing was held today, anyone hear what happens next?). Due to this and other baiting of him on HC he ended up being suspended permanently. He can read posts but cannot reply, and even if he could given EGO's history he would be very wary of doing so.

He was instrumental in the initial 249D request and played a part in the 2nd 249D. He has talked to a lot of the large and medium shareholders along with some smaller shareholders. He himself is a large shareholder.

I have read a lot of what he has had to say and spoken to him personally a number of times. Whilst I don't always agree with everything he has to say, the vast majority makes a lot of sense. I do not follow him blindly, I do my own research and make up my own mind.

It is up to each individual to do what they are comfortable with. For me that is voting against all resolutions except number 5.
