A bunch of people are conspiring together to keep the share price low, so they can accumulate shares. With those shares they will vote for the boards proposals and then they will magically make the share price go up to 90c and then sell the shares. I think the only real place that is happening is in your head.

I was suggesting that if someone has accumulated more than 5%, they would have to disclose it.
