My experience in business shows that it is much better to have balanced approach where the other side feels not to cross any boundaries with you in the first place.

Of course sometimes the other party misreads you and crosses the boundary at which stage you need to push back.

I have not encountered sugar on tongue approach unless it was to gain a favourable treatment whether it was to sell a product or a person as subordinate.

As far as I am concerned if I held this stock it would be a slap across the face approach for mismanagement of my investment, followed by a kick in the balls if slap wasn't effective. Sugar on tongue is what PH uses to feed everyone bs.

I agree with you on cashflow positive part. However, sp depends on the value assigned to those future cash flows and those cash flows have been dwindling. Everything is subjective and in contrast to the returns people can get elsewhere.
