Not sure what manipulation you see atm, to me looks like a genuine breakout with selling pressure from stale bulls, with .17-.18 being a major resistance level

If they wanted to take it private as I thought a few months ago may be the case then the bid would have happen while around .10 so any offer around .15 or higher looks half decent, now trading between .15-.17 the taking privae theory doesnt look like the case unless they want to pay over .20 which wouldnt be that bad

transfer may have happened at the end of feb so will show up in the next top20

what about the last 10months? simple, issues with the locals, lack of promoting, no regular announcements, final DFS 12months overdue, manipulation by no support on screen

In the end we all know its a top20 controled stock & it can move either way very easily
