"It emerged at the weekend that one of Mr Murphy's investment vehicles, Sarah Brown, was a 50/50 joint venture with Hawkswood Investments, owned by Mr Emini and two other Opes Prime directors Anthony Blumberg and Julian Smith. Hawkswood was put into receivership on Thursday along with the parent Opes Prime Group and various subsidiaries.
Hawkswood's investments include a 19.9 per cent stake in struggling junior clothing retailer Austin Group, which placed its shares in a trading halt on Friday, and Admiralty Resources."
