IF top 20 shareholders are still holding their shares (170mill shares), there's only approx 340 mill shares for trading. After big spike, approx 220m shares has been traded leaving around 120million. A few more trading days will clean out the closet and everyone will be holding. That will reset a new base level 17-20cents.
