the last few days have been thinking if hanlong have been selling off and db have been buying them
would hanlong be better off using there 1.5 b
as a partner in the project ??
as they would be paid that amout back in a few years after production started (+ interest)
and get their share of profits from the ore,rail,port etc)
just a thought anyway could be wrong
