hanlong might of taken db as their advisers. in an effort for db to short sdl to a lower level so that hanlong can purchase more share into sdl through their undisclosed subsidiaries which may top 20 shareholders and but also those who arent on the list.
i hope this is not the case. because if it is then a hostile takeover could take place. so as long as people dont sell hanlong cant get hold of more sdl shares.
