Maybe when he gets back from his negotiations in India...
if his choice is to update the market that a non-binding agreement has expired or sit in high-level negotiations with a JV partner to finalise an agreement i'll take option 2 every day (and the uncertainty and low-volume with small share price drops).
would be interested to see the top-20 - but what is obvious at the moment is that very few are selling or buying...
